Our role as your legal representative is to ensure that your mind is at rest knowing you have the highest quality legal representation, while at the same time knowing how much your case will cost.

For this reason, we offer fixed lump sum fees, at competitive rates, for all types of cases and services.
Our fixed fees
Guilty Pleas (Sentence appearances)

Courts in Sydney and Metropolitan Area: $3,000 + GST

Courts outside Sydney Metropolitan Area: $3,500 + GST

Courts in regional NSW: $4,000* + GST
Our fixed fees for guilty pleas (sentences) are inclusive of a full day in court. In some cases, your sentence may go beyond just one day. In those circumstances we will appear on any second or subsequent day for an additional fee of $750 + GST, for all work up to and including the next court date. This includes Courts within Sydney and Metropolitan area. The fee may be greater depending on travel time and expenses.
Local Court Defended Hearings

Courts in Sydney and Metropolitan Area: $4,000 + GST

Courts outside Sydney Metropolitan Area: $4,500 + GST

Courts in regional NSW: $5,000* + GST
Our fixed fees for defended local court hearings are inclusive of a full day in court and up to two mention appearances (date where a brief of evidence may be requested / hearing date is provided by the Court). Our fixed fee's also include all conferences and preparation required for your case. In some cases, your hearing may go beyond just one day. If we are of the view that your hearing would likely take more than 1 day, we will tell you during our first conference. Any second or subsequent hearing dates will be charged at an additional rate. We will advise you of that fee during your first conference with us.

Bail Applications in the Local Court

Our fixed fee's for bail applications include all work up and including a full day in Court.

We offer fixed fees on all other matters, including section 14 applications, appeals in the District Court (severity and conviction appeals), appeals against licence suspensions, and all other Tribunal, Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court related matters.
Because the work we do for our clients on these types of cases vary quite significantly, we offer a free first consultation to discuss fees applicable to your case.
Legal Aid - Panel Solicitors
In some cases, we may accept your case on a Legal Aid grant.
Firstly, you should speak with a representative from Legal Aid about your eligibility for a Legal Aid grant.
The application process can be completed online and takes approximately 2 weeks for Legal Aid to consider after lodgement.
