Practice Areas
Have you been charged with a criminal offence? These are some of the many types of offences that we deal with regularly.

Each offence has its own elements, (colloquially known as 'ingredients'). Some offences have more elements than others. The Police must prove each element beyond reasonable doubt to reach a finding of guilt.
If you have a question about a particular offence, including for example what evidence may be relied upon to prove each element, contact us via phone or email. We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
